We invite you to visit each of the three regions at some point, but typically advise to pick one or two regions at a time: perhaps Northern and Central or Central and Southern. Italy is bigger than it may appear and trying to see too much will dilute your experience and leave you exhausted!
Italy officially has 20 distinct regions, but they are often grouped into Northern, Central and Southern Italy. Each region has a diverse landscape and climate and offers unique food specialties, culture, and traditions to experience. It is not possible to have a favorite, as each offers spectacular scenery, mouth-watering food, and exciting adventures. This is what makes Italy so interesting for all types of visitors. There is truly something for everyone!
